I Dance II is a conference celebrating the creation and distribution of dance films created by artists living with disability. The event involves a one day conference and a screening of films at the National Film and Sound Archive on the 10th July. The films are then available online for two weeks for relaxed and accessible viewing of films offered with captions, Auslan, Audio Description and where possible BSL and Audio Description offered in different languages.

Films from Restless Dance Theatre, Marc Brew, Mariska Febriyani, Riana Head-Toussaint, Chris Dyke, the Chamaeleon Collective, Diverse Abilities Dance Collective, Alexandrina Hemsley, Claire Cunningham, Joel Brown and Eve Mutso.

There will also be Keynote speakers Matt Shilcock, Hanna Cormick, Paul Nunnari and Bust Stop Films and a pop up performance from Canberra’s Deaf Butterfly dance gropp.
